How does Youthair® work?

As a person ages, their body stops producing certain chemicals necessary for determining hair color. The ingredients in Youthair® will provide the help you need to substitute for these natural losses. With this “substitute” in place, your natural hair color will slowly return and with continued use as directed, stay that way. How is Youthair® applied?

Youthair® is a topical treatment which means it is applied directly to the hair. It is not applied through a patch and it is not meant to be taken orally. When you place an order for Youthair®, you will get detailed usage instructions and directions as well as our, helpful “Hints & Tips” guide so there will be no guess work involved.

Which Youthair style is best for me?

We always suggest purchasing at least one of each style for our first time users.  This way you will be able to see for yourself which style is best for you.  You may find one style suits your needs at certain times of the day better than another, let’s say like when you’re home and you may like the other if you must be in public.  It is always a good idea to interchange styles from time to time so the hair does not build up a tolerance to one particular style as well.  This usually helps expedite results and make it easier to maintain the color once you have restored it.  Some clients report best results when they mix the styles together and find a consistency of the two styles which is best for them and the application of the product.  Either way, once you order you will receive our complete usage directions and instructions along with our helpful, “Hints & Tips” guide and we will always be there with online customer support once you begin your treatments if necessary.  Please refer to our web page entitled, ” Liquid vs. Crème” for lots more information.

Can I mix the two styles of Youthair?

Some clients report that mixing some of the Liquid Style Youthair in with the Crème Style, either the standard crème or Super Youthair, find it makes it more creamy and a perfect blend of both styles.  Some clients report that this mixture actually makes the products more effective and see better results than just using one style.  Either way, once you order you will receive our complete usage directions and instructions along with our helpful, “Hints & Tips” guide and we will always be there with online customer support once you begin your treatments if necessary.  Please refer to our web page entitled, ” Liquid vs. Crème” for lots more information.

Is Youthair® like a hair dye or color?

No, not at all. Youthair® will actually allow your body to restore the natural color to your hair. It will not be dyed or tinted in any way. It will actually be your own natural color. The color you were born with.

Do I need to match Youthair® with my color?

No. Youthair® will act as a substitute for the chemical your body is not producing enough of as you age which determines your hair color. Once in place, this substitute will allow the hair follicle to restore your own natural color. From blond hair to black.

How can I order Youthair®?

You can order one of three ways. Using the internet at our web site with a credit card. By the telephone number found on our “Contact Us” page, also with a credit card. Via postal mail with a personal check or money order (click here for details). The phone number and mailing address, along with ordering instructions can be found on the “Order Form” link on the web site. Using the web site will be the most efficient, whereas it allows us to e-mail all your necessary information.

Will my personal information be safe?

Yes. All your personal information will be safe when you place your order. Your credit card information will be collected using a Secured Server Account for total privacy. Your e-mail address will never be shared or sold to others.

Can I purchase Youthair® at a local outlet near me?

With the rise of the internet, many local outlets are not carrying many of the items they once did. Most of our sales are done online now. Although some places may still carry Youthair®, you may find old product which may not be as effective. By ordering online, you can be assured you will always have fresh products for best results.

What are the prices of Youthair®?

All the prices are found on the Order Form page which can be accessed by clicking the link entitled, “ORDER NOW.” You will not actually place your order until you decide to make a purchase, select products, and submit shipping and credit card information.

What comes with my order of Youthair®?

With your order, you will receive automated order confirmations and purchase receipts. You will also get detailed usage instructions as well as our helpful, “Hints & Tips” guide for best results. You will be eligible for our “Online Customer Support” should you have any questions in getting started or once you restore your color.

How is Youthair® shipped?

Most orders are processed within just a day or two depending on seasonal volume. Packaging is discreet. The box exterior will make no mention of the contents. Your order is shipped via U.S. Priority Mail (U.S. Orders) and is delivered within 1-3 days of shipping depending on your location. Shipping is from the Boston, Massachusetts area.

What is the cost of shipping?

Our standard shipping rate on orders is as posted on the Order Form. Be advised that although unusual, a small zonal postage surcharge may be applied to your order due to weight restrictions to different mailing zones throughout the United States.

What if I don’t like the scent of Youthair®?

In the event you find the scent unappealing or if it clashes with your other scented items, some clients have used cologne or perfume in a spray form, which covers this scent well.

Can I sleep with Youthair® in my hair?

If you find it is advantageous to sleep with the product in your hair, perhaps to lengthen the time it is on your hair or, to not have it in your hair during the day, we suggest the following. Use a hair bonnet of some sort to keep the product on your hair and not rub off on the linens where it would be ineffective.

Is Youthair® for Women?

Yes, of course. Just under one third of our clients are women. Anyone with hair which is graying is a candidate for Youthair®.

Should I use Youthair® if pregnant or nursing?

We do not recommend the use of Youthair® in these instances. Unborn or infants can be affected by even the smallest doses of almost any outside substances.

Can Youthair® be used on previously dyed or permed hair?

There is a slight risk of interaction of the chemicals contained in the two products and therefore, you should have a 2-3 week period between the use of either a perm or dye. Even then, we suggest a small test patch for a day or two to see if there will be any negative reaction such as itching or burning before treating the entire head.

Can Youthair® be used on facial hair?

Use is not recommended on facial hair due to the close proximity of the mouth to this hair. Youthair® is not meant to go into the mouth and with this hair so close to the mouth, it would take great care to avoid this from happening on a repeated basis.

Is Youthair® safe to use?

When used as directed, Youthair poses no health risks. The ingredients in Youthair® cannot be absorbed through the skin or scalp. Care should be taken not to apply Youthair® to any open skin as in the case of a wound, cut, or scrape. Also, oral ingestion on a repeated basis should be avoided. Any children should not be allowed to touch the product or the users’ hair whereas they may put their fingers into their mouth.

What if Youthair® doesn’t work for me?

Make sure you follow the directions closely. You must give it time to work. Sometimes 2-3 weeks is required and sometimes a little longer. Some clients find a certain style, liquid or crème, will work better than the other for them. Although rare, some people are very resistant to outside chemical influences and will have little or no results. Feel free to ask us about your particular case should this happen with you and we can try to help you on a “one on one” basis.

How do I return my Youthair® products if I choose to?

How do I place an International Order?

Proceed to our web site and click the link, “Order Now”. You will then see two links. Click the one nearer the bottom that states you will have your order shipped “OUTSIDE” the United States. Read the instructions on that next page and click the link at the bottom so we know you have read and understand the information. This will bring you to the actual Order Form where you can select the items you desire and submit your delivery instructions and credit card information.

What are the prices of Youthair®?

All the prices are found on the Order Form page which can be accessed by clicking the link entitled, “Order Now”. Follow the link at the bottom of the next page to see the actual order form. You will not actually place your order until you decide to make a purchase, select products, and submit shipping and credit card information.

Can I pay for my order other ways than credit card?

Yes. We will accept through regular postal mail, an International Money Order which must be made payable through a United States bank. It must include the cost of the products desired and the shipping costs. Let us know if you are uncertain of the total and we will total it for you. Checks must be made payable to: ASCEND PRODUCTS. We also can accept direct wire transfers. Tell us if you want this option and we will give you instructions for this type of payment. Your bank probably has a charge for this service.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped via Air Mail Delivery which will allow the goods to reach you quickly and with great dependability. Air Mail Delivery is available with some options.  Please visit the International Order Form to see these options.

How many items can I order to receive the advertised cost for the air mail shipping?

You can order as many units as you want. However, if you want to qualify for the shipping price advertised on the Order Form, you will have to order based on the list we provide on the Order Form page which comes up after you click the link to order, “Outside” the United States on the Order Form reached from the “Order Now” link.

What are the main differences with the delivery options?

Standard Air Mail – (SAM) $19.00 – $49.00 Depending on destination, 1-2 weeks, Can NOT be tracked or insured.

Standard Air Mail with INSURANCE – (SAMWI) $25.00 – $59.00 Depending on destination, 1-2 weeks, Will be insured but can NOT be tracked.

Express Air Mail – (EAM) $39.00 – $79.00 Depending on destination, 3-5 days once shipped, Tracking and insurance are included in pricing.

What if it takes longer than the estimated delivery time?

No matter what form of delivery you choose, most orders will arrive within those estimated periods as mentioned above. On occasion, an order may exceed these estimates slightly. These are only estimates and if delayed for some reason, it will be beyond our control and usually will have something to do with your country’s postal system or regulations. Even if delayed, this extra delay time is typically short but may occur.
